Flameworking Sampler Workshop

Curious about flameworking? This fun, hands-on workshop lets you sample beadmaking, marble shaping, and simple borosilicate sculpting. Students will also create a bead stand and marble stand to take home. Great for beginners who want to try it all!

Intro to Beadmaking Workshop

Step into the world of glass art with this beginner-friendly beadmaking workshop! Learn how to wind molten glass onto a mandrel, shape it, and add simple color and design elements. A perfect hands-on introduction before joining the 6-week beadmaking course.

Torch Enamel on Copper Jewelry I

Saturday, March 28 th 1-4 pm

Materials: $25 included

Ages: 16 and up

This is a make-and-take class. Use a stationary torch to create enameled copper shapes for earrings and other jewelry. Basic torch safety will be discussed. Several techniques will be explored, including cutouts, sgraffito, and color blending. All materials are included.

IMPORTANT: Students taking glass courses using a torch must wear natural fiber clothing (i.e., cotton shirt and denim jeans), closed-toe shoes, and hair tied back and out of the way. Loose clothing that will be in the way of the torch is strongly discouraged. Please wear clothing that is not essential to your wardrobe. AN N95 RESPIRATION MASK IS REQUIRED for your safety.
