Holiday Stand-Up Figures (2 sessions)

Wednesdays, November 6th - 13th, from 10a - 1p (November 13th is for pick up)

Ages:  17+ years old

Add some character to your holiday home!  How about a witch for Halloween, or a pair of bears or an angel for Christmas, or a leprechaun for St. Patrick’s Day, or a fish for summer? They’ll make you smile whenever you unpack them and set them out! You’ll learn how to use the tools and cut the glass, and then you’ll put your pieces together and fuse them.  Then your little character will be slumped so that it can stand up.  You can pick up your finished piece the following week!

China & Art Glass Jewelry (2 sessions)

Wednesdays, December 4th & 11th, from 10a - 12p

Ages:  17+ years old

What do you do with that special little teacup or saucer that slipped out of your hands and broke? Or the sugar bowl or creamer that hit the floor and shattered? You make jewelry, of course! Those bits and pieces make stunning fashion statements – and make you look like a genius for being so creative! We have the bails, pin backs, posts, and wires to finish them off. Make some individual pieces or sets for yourself or to give to others. You will learn how to copper foil and solder and transform all those shards, and you can add stained glass bits, wire and beads if you wish.
