Patriotic Christmas Tree with Jim and Amy Anderson Every year we have a different tree for students to make and add to their Holiday collection. This years Christmas Tree will commemorate 250 years of our wonderful USA, in colors of red, white, and blue. Students will start by making a coil tree and adding clay balls and topped with a star using a slip and score method of attachment. The clay balls and star will be painted with red and blue colored slips. The tree will be slow dried and bisque fired, then glazed fired in white with the colors popping through. The trees will be ready to pick up in 2 - 3 weeks and ready for the Christmas Holiday!
